R Paul Wilson

R Paul Wilson is a writer, director, producer for film and television and an expert consultant in the field of magic and deception. Former writer/presenter of BBC show The Real Hustle, Scammed and The Takedown. Since 2013 he has worked as a director, building from a series of successful shorts to an innovative feature documentary and two scripted features. Nominated for a BIFA in 2017, best debut at Camerimage and best UK feature at Raindance, Paul is now working on his third movie.

In addition to his film work, Paul continues to develop projects for television including a special for US network ABC; he is the author of The Art of the Con, a sleight of hand expert and a renowned creator of magic methods and effects.
